Overview

The Company’s Nevada Mining Unit consists of seven high-grade gold properties located in the Walker Lane Mineral Belt and an eighth high-grade gold property in west central Nevada.  Each property has surface and or near surface gold mineralization and open-pit deposit potential.  Fortitude Gold owns 100% of all its properties, with the exception of East Camp Douglas, which is held in a joint venture with Fortitude owning 60%.  The Isabella Pearl, Scarlet South, and County Line Mines are currently in production in Mineral and Nye Counties, Nevada. Nevada, U.S.A. is among the world’s premier mining friendly jurisdictions.

The Company’s flagship Isabella Pearl Project includes the Isabella Pearl Mine and Scarlet South Mine, both are open-pit heap leach operations producing gold doré.  The Company also operates the open-pit County Line Mine which provides direct shipped mineralization to the Company’s strategically located Isabella Pearl processing facility.

The Company is pursuing mine permits for its Golden Mile and Scarlet North Projects.  Exploration stage properties include East Camp Douglas, Intrepid, Mina Gold, Dauntless, Ripper, and various other locations along the Isabella Pearl property’s 10-kilometer mineralized trend.

The Company plans to operate the Nevada Mining Unit with a synergistic approach sharing and leveraging equipment and resources on future mines it develops.

This approach targets equipment sharing where possible and could enable future projects to build heap leach process facilities taking gold to carbon and then trucking that carbon to the Isabella Pearl Project’s process facility for final doré production.  This approach targets substantially decreased permit timing, decreased project capital costs and decreased construction timeframes on future open-pit heap leach operations.
